Few days ago I came across couple of twin cases...
Lets see how and why ?
Why ??
To be honest...there is no single known reason for twins but according to www.Babyworld.co.uk there are some factors contributing to that....
1. Racial Origin : Twins are most common in Nigerians and less common in Japanese
2. Age : Possibilities are more for Women in late 30s.
3. Family history of mother's side is also supporting to get twin..
4. Chance are more if u have more number of children..
It has also been noticed that ovulation inducing drugs (clomid and serophene, these are the drugs used to stimulate egg production in women by inducing the hormones such as LH and FSH)may also contribute in splitting the egg cell of a woman in to two (twins).
How ??
no time now...catch u later...

Reasons behind, medicines taking before or after food.
While doctors prescribing medicines, the directions may vary for each medicine, that includes , before or after food and morning or afternoon or night time, these are created after carefully monitored clinical studies, bcz our allopathy medicines have created some tragedies, for example: Thalidomide, a medicine was prescribed popularly in late 1950s for morning sickness to pregnant ladies resulted sadly in 10000 physically challanged babies in Europe and USA.
Ok, coming to the point, there are some basic acceptable points on the directions of medicines, such as for example flucloxacillin (Penicillin), an antibiotic prescribed for bacterial infections should be taken before food (before 2 hours), bcz the antibiotic reach the blood stream only when the stomach is empty or if the stomach is filled with food, the drug won't reach the blood stream and will not give the desired action. Other examples: penicillin V, levothyroxine, rifampicin, oxytetracycline.
Some medicines ex: Aspirin taken as a pain killer, may irritate the stomach if taken in empty stomach, so it is recommended to take after meal. other examples: allopurinol (for gout, a bone disease), NSAIDS (diclofenac, Ibuprofen etc.. for inflammation generally taken to cure swelling or pain).
and finally, morning medicines such as diuretics example: bendroflumetiazide may increase the frequency of urination, so if u take this drug in the night time this may disturb your sleep, and night time medicine example: temazepam may create drowsiness, if u take this drug in the morning time, this may disturb the day time work by making you drowsy (sleepy..)

Is it possible ?, pregnancy without knowing and even delivery
A 23 year old girl from Gillingham, Kent, UK. gave birth a baby unexpectedly in the night time and she never knew that she was pregnant..and it was a real big question on my mind..is it possible, how come ?..never..
ok...some supporting points in the further lines, she was informed by her doctor on her 16 that she lost her conceiving ability bcz her blood test report showed that she wasn't producing hormones..and she havn't have any periods at all....
I may accept that scientifically as it was supported, but physically it can't be acceptable, how is it possible a mother can't feel any movings in her abdomen, and atleast a weight gain...alrite, u can say, the baby might have been very small, this is also an acceptable point, . but there should have some movement, some inner feelings should have felt by the mother, but I can accept only if that mother or others like that, who never take care of their health and their physical conditions etc...may endup in such conditions...these are all really may create a life threatening situations...
but surprisingly that baby and mother are safe and good..baby's name is maxwell ?!!! and the supporting points made me to accept and finally trusted "Real People" the magazine....yaa its true...but truly rare...
Thanks for "Real people" and "yahoo answers"..
